Refund Policy

1. General

At ALTURA INTERACTIVE SOLUTION – FZCO, we place great value on high-quality services and the satisfaction of our customers. Since we provide individual design and creative services, the following provisions apply to refunds.

2. Custom-Made Services

Our services, including branding, logo design, web design, packaging design, UI/UX design, and creative consulting, are created individually according to each customer’s requirements.

For this reason, services already rendered or commenced are generally non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Before Project Start

If an order is cancelled before work has begun, the customer may request a full refund.

Any transaction fees already incurred or costs charged by payment service providers may be excluded from this, insofar as legally permitted.

4. Cancellation After Project Start

Once work on a project has begun, a full or partial refund may be excluded depending on the project’s progress.

Services already rendered will be taken into account accordingly.

5. Digital Deliverables

Once digital files, designs, or other digital work products have been handed over or made available, no refund will generally be issued, unless mandatory statutory provisions state otherwise.
